About the Book

Be it his signature helicopter shot or his ever-calm demeanour, Mahendra Singh Dhoni has always found a way to tap into the hearts of his fans. For someone who was training to be a footballer, who could have told that Mahi was going to take the world of cricket by storm. In The Dhoni Touch: Unravelling the Enigma That Is Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Bharat Sundaresan reaches out to some of Mahi’s closest friends to find out how he became the man that he is today.

About the Author

An avid fan of heavy-metal music, Bharat Sundaresan has covered the sport of cricket for the Indian Express for 10 years. He is also someone who deeply adores professional wrestling and West Indian cricket. In fact, he spent seven out of his 10-year stint in the Indian Express tracking the Jamaican cricketer, Patrick Patterson. This alone proves that Bharat is a person who eats, sleeps and breathes cricket. And, that can be seen in his book The Dhoni Touch: Unravelling the Enigma That Is Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
